Our Delicious Story
Our founder wanted to be a chef when he grew up. He worked in many kitchens & restaurants in the DFW area and trained under several amazing chefs. However, instead of continuing to work in the food business, he went into technology and spent 28 years bringing websites and online applications to life. Now he has come back to realize his childhood dreams.
In March of 2024, Macon Ranch Cuisine & Catering was born.
We use as many local & Texas ingredients in our burgers and chicken sandwiches as possible. Our beef is 100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef from Happy Cattle Beef in Ben Wheeler, TX. Our chicken is sourced from several farms in and around East Texas, we get our eggs from our own flock, our produce is grown locally and our pickles are “Best Maid” made in Texas! We love supporting local farmers and other Texas businesses.

“Grilled Buffalo Chicken“
We take locally sourced 100% chicken breast and marinate it for 24 hours in our signature marinade, grill it to perfection. Then we slice it up and toss it in Frank’s Red Hot, top it with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and ranch dressing.
Get it as a wrap or a sandwich! Served with house chips and a drink for $15!
